There you are, driving along at 11.23pm on some winding country roads, national speed limit applies, wonderful. 

All of a sudden you find yourself stuck behind a motorist doing 40mph. These people are generally the elderly, people with children in the car, people who love god too much, van drivers who are slacking during work hours, and more generally, people who don’t have anywhere important to be.

The kicker is when they continue to do 40mph when they get to a 30mph zone. Where the hell does this “I’m going to do 40mph no matter what” mentality come from?
